Show Refreshments were served by the SOCIAL NEWS SERVICE MEN GUEST PROGRAM The program at the meeting of the Siniada Group last week, was given by Tessie G. Post, president of the Salt Lake Chapter, and Ethelyn Eurnham who gave the introduction to the lesson. An analysis of the book, "The Wisdom of India and China," by Lin was givtn in a very interesting mariner by Mrs. Post. I ; Mr. and Mrs. Munns were very happily surprised Monday when they returned from Salt Lake to find a telegram awaiting them, statine that another son, Lt. Far- rell Munns, was passing through Ogden on his way from tionaa to California. Thev went to Ogden where they spent an enjoyable hour with. Farrell, who is wen ana looking fine. Pfc. Fred W. Senn and Pfc. Dew ey L. Pierson are fighting with the 363rd Infantry Regiment in offensive current Florence-Bologn- a in Italy. The regiment is part of the 91st "Powder River" division with Lieutenant General Mark W. Clark's Fifth army. The 363rd entered combat in Italy last July 4 th north of Cecina river on the right flank of the 34th "Red Bull" division, to which it was then attached. The regiment rejoined the 91st i, Infantry division south of where it experienced one of its roughest battles.
