Show liyrum High-balls. What our Correspondent Has been Able to Find Recently. Hykum, Dec 11. Tho National Library Co. Is placing a library in the liyrum Co-op, which Is thoioughly up-to-dato and will be highly appreciated by tho people here. John Ycatcs, of Millvlllc, was in town a few days ago and acted very strangely. The marshal followed him to ascertain the cause or his mental change, as John has always been a quiet and orderly man. It was found that ho has recently become the father of a boy. This upset him badly, as it Is the first boy, he already having three girls. Let up hope that John will soon recover. ucwuuld like to correct a state ment in regard to Pear Pitkin. She has Improved wonderfully in tho last few months and Is not paraly.cd In any part, but Is active throughout her whole body and will soon be on her feet again. The Hyruin Co-op 1 building a laigc coal stoiagc shed down on the tracks and will supply coal at Logan rates. It Is rumored t)iat Fred Wright will leave II rum in a'short time. We are sorry to lose Fred and fear It will cud our twin crop. C. L. Anderson is closing out his drug stock, and the building will be occupied by a telephone exchange. |
