Show l J j h. h n. n J A C 0 As managing editor of this newspaper I would like to mention a fact that seems to have slipped some peoples people's minds The opinions of our editor do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the rest of the staff We do not appreciate it when people who are upset by Fred Wilbur's latest editorial take it out ut on us who had nothing to do with it We do dp not like it when people on campus who meet us for the first time automatically automatically automatically auto auto- assume we think like Fred Wilbur The thing that bothers me the most is when I start a new class and the teacher decides I think like Fred Wilbur We do not think like our Editor We like to work on the paper and get involved i in school activities i es That is why we joined the paper If you dont don't like what Fred has written in his editorial then write back and give your opinion I know that the rest of the staff and I get awfully tired of reading the back page of the paper when it is always filled by Fred Wilbur We would like to hear from other people also Or if you dont don't care anything about what Fred says then write usand us usand usand and give your opinion on some other thing We dont don't care what either We are not picky Well it looks like what started out as a lettering exercise for fora a drafting class turned into a letter to the editor and from that into a full scale article You could do the same thing Next time you have to write something for a class turn it into a letter to the editor And if you dont don't want to do that then at least read the paper And please remember the opinions of our editor do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the rest of the staff Thanks By Susan Zim Zimmerman erman |
