Mrs. La Vee , Turnbow is receiving medical attention at the Roosevelt hospital at this writing. Her many friends wish her a speedy recovery. Lyle Allred, of Provo, visited relatives here during the week end. When he returned to Provo he was accompanied by Mr. and second er ' Betty Rogers, Mr. Thompson, Ruth Mrs. Scott and Mrs. Lusty, Evans. Leland Bird spent several days in Salt . Lake during the past week attending to business. Gam Gilbert made a trip to Salt Lake City during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Davies and children of Orem visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. sterling Fairbanks. Mr. Davies 13 a brother of Mrs. Fairbanks. Mr. ad Mrs. Worlton Wood, Mr. and Mrs. Sharon Holgate and daughters visited over the week end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hale Holgate. The Altamont Seminary and their instructor, Ben Gomm, left Saturday morning excursion to Salt for a two-daLake City. Among the places visited were Welfare Square, Temple Square, the Lion House, and the Sunday morning tabernacle broadcast. The senior class of the Altamont high school took a trip over the weekend. They were accompanied by their advisor, Harold Phillips. On Saturday they were guests of officials of the Salt Lake Telegram who took them to places of interest in the city. Sunday morning, the class attended a broadcast of the Tabernacle Choir on Temple Square. Other points of interest in Salt Lake and Provo were visited Monday. John H. Cook, his sons, Wayne and Orlan, of Roosevelt, and his daughter, Mrs. Ray Westwood and baby, of Rangely, Colorado, visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Case.
