Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Luke City, Utah: Section . That the City Council docs hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment upon the property hereinafter described abutting on the north side of Fourth South street, between Second East and Third East streets, in Sidewulk District No. 14.
