applied which said poles shall be placed not to exceed feet apart except when necessary to cross depressions or when any like emergency may arise insulation shall be sate safe and wires shall be so strung as to be at least 20 feet from the ground section 3 the location of pole line to be erected under franchise may be designated by the board of county commissioners or one of their number section 4 that said county shall in no way be liable foi tor any accident loss or damage that may occur in the construction or operation of said pole line by the parties herein lier eln their successors ces sors or of any of their officers agents or employees and the acceptance of this grant shall be deemed an agreement on the part of the gran tees sea herein or their successor Buc ceason son to save
