Lynn Gray, who Is attending the Brigham Young university at Pro-vo Pro-vo was home to spend the weekend week-end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Cray. Mrs. A. B. Anderson was removed re-moved to her home Monday from Salt Lake City, where she under went an eye operation on Monday of last week. She Is reported to be doing nicely. Mrs. Sarah Knudsen returned home last week from Oakland, California, Cal-ifornia, where she visited for two months with her daughter, Mrs. Carrie Fredrickson. She reports a fine trip. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Holmstead entertained the "Pot Luck" club at their home Saturday evening. A delicious supper was served, after which the guests enjoyed playing "500" during the remainder of the evening. Mrs. Clarence Holmstead won high score for the ladies, Victor Vic-tor Smith, high score for the men and consolation favors went to Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Holmstead. A program was given during the forepart of the evening, including community singing, led by Miss Ada Phillips and Mrs. Fern Johnson, a violin solo and two vocal solos by Miss Shirley Beck of American Fork, vocal solos by Mrs. Florence Butt and remarks by John Whim- pey. Later dancing was enjoyed in the tabernacle basement, Carter's orchestra or-chestra furnishing the music and dainty refreshments were served.
