Amending and Re-enacting Section 39 and Section 393 of the Revised Or-d Or-d nances of Ogden City, 1910. BE IT ORDAINED RV THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH: Section 1. That Section 39 and Section Sec-tion 393 of the Revised Ordinances of Ogden City, 1910, be amended and re-enacted re-enacted to read as follows Section 39 CLASSES OF BUILDINGS BUILD-INGS IN THE FIRE LIMITS. No building shall he precfed within the fire limits of Ogden City unless said building shall conform iu all respects to the requirements of this chapter for a building either Class "A." Class "B." or Class "C as the same are herein described; provided, however, thai In the portion of Ogden City defined by ordinance as the fire limits thereof, buildings used or intended to be used for blacksmith shop1;, warehouses, stables sta-bles or bams only, may be erected and constructed of corrugated Iron upon wood frames; said buildings shall be of one story only and not over sixteen feet in height In the clear and said buildings so erecte-d or constructed con-structed shall be U6ed only for such purposes as are herein specified and for no other.
