Show Legal Notices NOTICE OF BOND ELECTION THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF NORTH SANPETE SCHOOL DISTRICT, SANPETE COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election will be held in North Sanpete School District, Sanpete County, State of Utah, on Tuesday, the 12th day of July, 1949, at which election there shall be submitted to the registered voters who have paid a property tax within said district, during the year next preceding such election, the following question, to-wit: "Shall the Board of Education of North Sanpete School District, Sanpete County, State of Utah, be authorized to issue and sell bonds of the district in the amount of Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Dollars iuw-w. in the denomination of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) each, : numbered one (1) to two hundred hun-dred thirteen (213), both inclusive, inclus-ive, bonds to bear interest at the rate of two per cent (2) per annum and to mature in numerical numer-ical order on August 1st as follows: fol-lows: $22,000 in each of the years 1950 and 1951, $23,000 in each of the years 1952 and 1953, $24,000 in each of the years 1954 and 1955 and $25,000 in each of the years 1956, 1957 and 1958, for the purpose of raising money for purchasing school sites, for building or purchasing one Or more school houses and supplying supply-ing the same with furniture and necessary apparatus and for improving im-proving the school grounds?" Said election shall be held in the five (5) school representative representa-tive precincts and the polling places within said precincts and the judges who have been appointed ap-pointed to conduct the election are as follows: . The voting at such election shall be by ballot, which ballots bal-lots will be furnished by the Clerk of the Board of Education of North Sanpete School District to the Judges of Election, to be by them furnished to the qualified quali-fied voters. The polls at each polling place shall be opened at the hour of 7:00 o'clock A. M. and will be kept open until and will be closed at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. No person shall be permitted to vote at said election unless he shall be a registered voter residing re-siding in the School Representative Representa-tive Precinct in which he offers to vote and shall have paid a property tax in said school district dis-trict during the year next preceding pre-ceding such election.
