K. Maughan today announced the impending marriage of her talented daughter Catherine to Walter Juggi, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gottfried Jaggi. The wedding ceremony wdl be performed Friday, July 26 in the Logan temple. Miss Maughan is well known in Logan, is a graduate of thg Ctah State Agricultural college, and for the past few years has been employed by the city schools She is a leader in vocal music and is especially prominent in the Eighth ward, where she is director of the choir. Mr. Jaggi has two terms to complete for his college degree. He n returned last year from the mission and is active in church functions. A wedding of late May was revealed today when Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Jones announced the marriage of their daughter Peggy to Ray A. Hales of Spanish Fork. The young couple were married May 25 in Brigham City. n The bride Is a graduate of high school, where she was an ROTX2 sponsor and a member of the Zeta Tau club. She Is also a former student of the Utah State Agricultural college. Mr. Hales graduated from the USAC in 1938 from the school of engineering. He was affiliated with the ROTC while at college and is a first lieutenant in the Reserve Officers Corps of the U S. Army. Mr. Hales is employed at the present time in Delta, where the couple will make their home.
