Woolley has sold hla Interests, In-terests, whlrh Include the control of the Amalgamated Ptoche and Pay-Brtetol mining properties, to L. Vogeleteln Co. of New Tork. This Information came via the Ptoche Record, which was recently acquired by Interests which are said to be associated with Woolley In hla recent manipulations of minim properties in the Ptoche mineral district. Woolley has bwn working- on a plan to consolidate a number of properties tn that camp since last December, and recently consummated a deal for control of Ohio-Kentucky and Consolidated Ploche mines, which adjoined ad-joined the Nevada-Vtsh Mines and Smelter Smel-ter corporation, of which Mr. Woolley waa prsetdent. . .
