Few Accidents Occur Due To Careful Driving Of Wary Motorists; Powerhouse Hill Proves Very Slippery Due to the careful driving of the majority of the motorists, few accidents occurred in this area after the big snow storm that struck with such force early Wednesday morning. Due to the failure of plows and senders being unable to clear the Powerhouse Hill before the Wednesday morning shift, traffic was marled up and practically all industrial employees were one-ha- lf to one hour late for work. In efforts to pass, several slid over the pass lane of traffic and caused the line of cars to be further detained. The autos stretched out along the length of Magna Main Street and 21st South, waiting to get to work. Sheriffs Give Warning Sheriffs caution motorists to drive slowly and proceed with caution, on all highways and streets. Unless driving is absolutely toecessary, do not travel on the slippery streets. The first snowfall occurred on November 14 in 1955 and was about the same quantity as fell Wednesday morning. Practically all school teachers, busses and private vehicles were late getting to their place of destination. However, by the snow had started to melt quite rapidly, but the aide streets were still dangerous. Final Rites Conducted For J. C.
