"The striking scenery, the more photogenic views, and certainly the best loafing sites are often found on the back roads, suggests Leo H. Barlow, Utah vice president for Safety Councils Traffic. But before starting out on these roads, be sure you have plenty of fuel, oil, and water, Barlow advises.
