The penalty for violation of same is not more than $50.00 fine or thirty days in jail or both. Gamis Dalmatsos, who was stabbed in the abdomen by Pete Koutroufenas Saturday a week ago in Newtown, died in St Marks hospital Sunday morning at six oclock. The funeral services were held in the Greek Catholic church in Salt Lake City Tuesday afternoon at two oclock. Dalmatsos who had been in the Tooele General hospital since the affair, was taken to Salt Lake City Saturday afternoon by his brothei, Gus Dalmatsos, who thought that his brother would recover quicker if he were in Salt Lake City where he has many friends among the Greeks.
