Show California Club Boosting Utah Further benefits of the friendly relationship re-lationship between the Auto club of Utah and the Southern California touring organization accrue to Utah as the coast organization carries out its development campaign into new fields. One of the best and most valuable pieces of publicity Utah has yet received re-ceived advertising its southern wonderland won-derland appears in the December issue of Touring Topics, a publication of the California club which has a ciculation of more than 100,000 copies and is the largest touring magazine published. The article appears under the caption of "The Romantic Background Back-ground of the Arrowhead Trail" j though it advertises the entire southern south-ern Utah section. A second example of the potential '. advertising power of this organiza-j tion appeared recently in a Sunday ; issue of the Los Angeles Times which is closely associated through inter- j locking directorates with the touring ; bureau. The whole ably illustrates j the three major scenic attractions of j Utah's Dixie and speaks of develop- j ment planned in this section which (quoting from the article) "will have! the effect of stimulating travel vastly. I Not only will it be a strong appeal to the eastern motorist coming as far as Colorado but a new series of tours is opened up for Southern California jnotorists who have long been familiar famil-iar with the signs of the Automobile club now extending through this ter-j ritory.
