Canadian professional organization of actuaries. Tiiey are Richard G. Horn, vice president and actuary for Surety Life Insurance Company, who was named a fellow, the highest honor attainable in the and Arthur O. organization, Dummer of Walter C. Green and Associates, who fulfilled the requirements to be admitted as an associate in the Society. Mr Horn was one of 76 admitted as fellows in 1963 and joins a select group of just titive examinations. Mr Dummer has completed six of the required examinations in the past four years and plans to continue work toward his fellowship. He was one of 125 associates to be named this year and one of 939 currently listed as associates, Only one other Utahn, Mr Walter C'. Green, who has his own consulting firm In Salt Lake City, is a member of the society, having been an associate in 1928. A native of Bellingham, Washington, Mr Horn graduated from Western Washington College and has been with Surety Life since 1958. He was named Vice President in 1960. He and his wife, Corinnc, and their two children reside at 3311 South 2990 East in Holladay. Mr Dummer was reared in Burley, Idaho, lie attended the Brigham Young University and after fulfilling an LDS Mission completed his studies at the University of Utah where he graduated in 1959. lie joined the firm of Walter C.
