Woodward and Thelma Woodward doing; business as the Pay-Less Oil Company, 2606 South State street, Salt Lake Citv. The order prohibits the Pay- Less Oil company from buying, Belling" or dealing In gasoline for the period of suspension. Mr. Woodward admitted the use of Chicago and San Francisco region re-gion coupons which were Introduced Intro-duced Improperly into this area. He also admitted writing many Utah license numbers on the cou pons and turning them into his distributor to replenish gasoline for his storage tanks. Ten sheets of coupons were exhibited at the hearing. Eleven witnesses were called whose license numbers had been used but who had never en dorsed the coupons. Some of the witnesses had never traded with the company.
