The program is a significant 'step taken by the University in an effort to make education available tQ all qualified members of the community it the Division of Continuing Education, said there are three reasons for the pilot program. "Principals have been concerned about those high school graduates who have high potential for university, work but. have not been properly motivated towards attending college." He said the Division mailed "2,000 questionnaires to all 1966 high school in' graduates this summer, addition to a random sampling' of teachers and the previous years high school graduates.
