The hearing is to gain citizen input regarding Park City's proposed 1981-1982 1981-1982 fiscal budget. The budget includes $2.9 million in general fund expenditures plus $2.8 million in capital improvements. im-provements. See story page A-4. Over 700 runners participated parti-cipated in the annual Park City Twilight Run held last Saturday evening even-ing in Park Meadows. Athletes of all ages and abilities competed in the race which drew thousands thou-sands of spectators. The race is thought to be one of the best in the west. See story page B-l. ... - : . ' . Last weekend the Chamber of Commerce kicked off its "Spend it With A Local" campaign with a variety of activities activi-ties and shopping specials spec-ials both Saturday and Sunday.
