Notice of Dissolution. Notice is hereby given that the partnership part-nership heretofore existing between Julius Hannbenr, Emma Uannberg and George Smart, under the firm name of Smart & Co,, is dissolved by mutual consent and the same was dissolved dis-solved on the 2nd day of April 1892. Since said date tne business carried on and conducted in the city of Proyo, Utah, UDder the firm name of Smart & Co., is and has been the separate properly of Emma Hannberg, and all indebtedness which has been incurred by the said Smart & Co., since the dissolution dis-solution of eaid partnership, April 2. 1892 will be paid by the said Emma Hannberg.
