Show Plage Stx July 5, 1968 THE EUREKA (UTAH) REPORTER Mrs. Steele Bailey returned home Friday from a vacation trip spent in Reno, Nevada, where she was a house guest of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Watt, former Eurekans. The return trip was made by plane. Randy Butler, who is employed in Salt Lake City, spent the weekend here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Butler. Mrs. Grace Bernini and Mrs. Belle Coffey were Provo visitors on Thursday of last week. i Mr. and Mrs. Glen Lee and family of Ephraim spent a day here last week. Two of their children, Carla and Stephen, remained here with Mr. and Mrs. Bob Robinson, and one of the Robinson children, Kathy, returned to Ephraim with them for a vacation. The Lee family also visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Nash. Mrs. Maude Hilsdale returned to Eureka Thursday of last week after spending the winter months in Los Angeles. Her son, Father Paul Hilsdale, accompanied her to Eureka and returned to' California Saturday. Mrs. W. D. Snodgrass (Mary Treloar) and two children of San Francisco, spent the weekend here with her mother, Mrs. W. H. Treloar. They were enroute to Banff, Canada, where her daughter, Mary Ellen, will register at the art school there for the summer months. She is a sophomore at Gonzaga University in Spokane. She will return to Gonzaga in September to resume her college work. Before returning home Mrs. Snodgrass and her son, Phillip will tour some of the interesting area, and will visit Lake Louise and Glacier National Park. On the return trip to California they will stop in Pascoe, Washington, for a visit with a brother and his family, Mr. and Mrs. Don Treloar. Ned Allinson, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Ned Allinson, Sr., underwent surgery Thursday a.m. at Payson Hospital for a rupture received while at work at the Dragon Mine. Neds many Mends are wishing him a com- plete and speedy recovery. SHORiTi SAVINGS 90-da- r Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Griggs and Mr. and Mrs. Ron Griggs spent Thursday at Fremont and Friday they drove to Johnson Reservoir .and Fish Lake. They report poor fishing due to the heavy winds in the area. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Schow and two boys, Kevin and Jay, returned home last week from a weeks trip to Napa, California, where they were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Harkins (Margaret Cronin), Mr. and Mrs. Fred Roberts and family of Grantsville accompanied them on the trip and were guests at the Harkins home for a week. While in Napa, Carl Gallaway and his daughter, Mrs. Nida Ramsey, called on the Harkins and a good old gab fest was enjoyed by all the former Eurekans.
