Another Week Wo can't come to a definite decision as to what station, but it iloosn't matter because what we are really here for is to toll you what has happened hap-pened the past week in the little Rod School House on the hill top. Monday was just another Monday, or theme day in the lives of the students, stu-dents, ithe .only chance being that work really began in earnest on the school play. Tuesday, let's see now, w 0 welt' nil lelllilt. led of book It-polls, tcl'lll lc-ts, trim themes and note books due. All .o.c! such is school life. cdllesday ! Good old Geoly.o asliinc.tun! We had half a holiday and a ri iiilcre ling us-enihly. Thui-day, nothing very interesting to townspeople happened hole. They gave a program which consisted of a one-act one-act play entitled "Hist She's a Man." Sam Miller certainly kept lis guess-iiu. guess-iiu. There is still some doubt in the minds of MMiii' students. And so, another week gone by. Ihat means another week closer to the Junior Prom and the school play. Aren't you anxious? We are! Allele Kinney . Our basket ball boys played a very good game over at Heaver Friday night, February 21, I '.KM. Although we didn't get quite the score we went for, tiie lnys were in there fighting hard and by the first half, the lioaver people were not quite sure how it would turn out. There was a large number of people went over from Milford to cheer. If we always gave the team at much help as we did that night, we might get results. We are sorry the basketball season is almost over, but it was good while it lasted. We play i ur final came Friday, March 3, with Mlnersville. and we extend an invitation invita-tion for everyone to .see it. Stella Mollis. The Home Nursing class conducted by Miss Woodside has just finished their books, dealing with the child from one to six years. These notebooks note-books contain a lot of material that will prove u.-eful to the girls in their later lives. Some of the notebooks are exceptionally good. They are cleverly worked up with pictures, articles ar-ticles and poems. The girls all prize their books. Leola Stewart. All Through the Night I Dreamed Mr. Hughes was on his P's and Qs duiing the Algebra class. Mi.-s ! Wooiiside was cutting up my dress material. Mr. Hand fiddled around and raised notes from the ground. Mr. Parser. s was rat'.eling bones in the Biology class. Miss Kernlcy correcting correct-ing F.nglsh s!ar.gui.-h papers higher than her head. Mr. P.eecher was high balling ball-ing it in our basketball game. j Then mother said, "get up Nellie. j gt-t ready for the school bus." Nellie , E. Theisen. School Paper i The student body of the Milford ' high school have decided that they need a school paper. "Well, it's about time they had one. How can we tell i what's going on around the school?" There are many interesting things i that can go into a paper for the stu-! stu-! dents. j The stall is a very good one anxl j can help us out by telling us things j of interest about school happenings. Have you heard of the latest organization or-ganization in the Milford high school? It happens to be a pig-tail quartet. Does that mean that four pign gvt together and move their tails in unison? That may be the general idea, it seems to support the various rumors about it.
