All scouts and scouters are invited to attend a state court of honor scheduled for Wednesday, March 16. at 8 p. m. in the Second Ward Chapel. Films in technicolor depicting wildlife and Indian lore will be a special feature of the program. Scout Fellowship Meet Set at Provo One of the largest and most impressive gatnerings in the history of the Boy Scout program is planned for March 26 when the fellowship meeting of the Utah National Parks Council is conducted at the Joseph Smith Building on the BYU campus, Rulon W. Doman, scout executive, declared Saturday. The meeting will get under way at 6 p. m-- , Mr. Doman said. First event will be the annual dinner wliich is being arranged under the supervision of Dr. C. J. (Chick) Hart, council mem- ber. Following the dinner a fun and fellowship program will be conducted under the direction of LeRoy Whitehead, Spanish Fork, council chairman. Participating on this program will be the famed "Melody Men' of Provo, Garron Brian, consisting of Theras Allred, and Glen and Wallace Montague. The third part of the program will be an inspiration and recognition program. This will be featured by the awarding of gold stars to the districts that have qualified through successful completion of the finance and membership projects. Other awards will be made and recognition given to those who have qualified for the scouter awards, or for the scouter keys in : "When I Office.
