Allison, of th State Reform School at Ogden, came down to get Frank Smith, aSpring-ville aSpring-ville boy who had been released from that institution on parole, "le h charged wilh having violated the terms of his parole, and with various bits of misconduct on the side. Smith was willing enough to return to Ogden, but some of his relatives felt differently. In fact, they got so gay about it that Marshal Gemineil was compelled to assist Supt. Allison in placing his man safely on the train. One of Smith's brothers had armed himself with an improvised slutig-shot. and manifested a disposition dispo-sition to spoil some one's hat.
