Show EDITOR COMMENTS ON BUSHNELL HOSPITAL REMOVAL The prospect of Utah's far northern nor-thern counties losing the Bushnell General Hospital has quickened the pulse beat in those areas and the sentiment is reflected in the Logan "Herald-Journal" editorial part of which is quoted here' as follows: "There has been talk, official, of-ficial, an otherwise, of Bushnell General Hospital being abandoned by the army, and a five million dollar Veteran's hospital being constructed at Salt Lake City, 60 miles away. The presence of Bushnell Hospital at Brigham City has been, and would continue to be an extremely valuable asset to the welfare of northern Utah bus-'iness bus-'iness and individual residents. Its nearly one thousand civilian employees em-ployees represent Cache, Box Elder El-der and Weber county communities." |
