NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Bingham Mines Company, a corporation, by Its duly, authorized agent and attorney-in-fact, Imer Pett. whost post-office address la Dooly Block, Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application for patent for the BERYL FRCTION lode mining Claim, Mineral Min-eral Survey No. 6923, situated In the . West Mountain Mlnlrg District, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, described, describ-ed, with magnetic variation at 1709' E., as follows, viz: Beginning at Cor. No. 1, (from which the SB. Cor. of Sec. 25, Town, ship 3 South, Range I West, S. L. B. & M., bears S. 26-14' E. 2001.8 ft.) and running thence North 700 feet to Cor. No. 2; thence West 200 feet to Cor. No. 3; tlence Soul 700 feet to Cor. No. 4; thence East 200 feet to Cor. No. 1, the place of beginning. Said lode mining claim is located in the SE',4 Sec. 25, T. I S.. R. I W.. S L.B. & M., and contains a net area of 0.045 acre, the areas In conflict with Sur. 3329 Defender lode; Sur. 5378 Amber and Beryl lodes, having . been excluded.
