Guttin and Bartlett Daltoh made a buainesa trip to Salt Lake City last week. Mr. and Mrs. James, guests of Wm. A. Evans, have returned to thoir home in Provo. The Mortensen reunion will bo held tomorrow. A week last Sunday Clair Ward was severely hurt while driving cattle down at the Gap. His horse fell, throwing him under it and the horn of tho saddfo struck his chest He was rendered unconsciois and but for tho aid of two younger boys who were with him, he surely would have died. Ono of the boys hastened to the farm of F. L. Culver and phoned to town for medical aid. Dr. James Green lost no.tfmein reaching tho injured boy and with somo work Clair was brought to consciousness. con-sciousness. We are glad to state at this writing that Clair is again able to be around and the doctor thinks there will be no bad results from the accident .,,, i, , in |
