Show Kennecott Manager Comments on Outcome of Strike With Kennecott Copper Corp. operations fast returning to normal, nor-mal, F. C. Green, Kennecott general manager, this week released re-leased the following statement: "The longest and most costly strike in the history of our Division Divi-sion is now over and we are currently cur-rently in the process of calling our employees back to work and getting our plants back into operation. op-eration. "We have one of the most complex com-plex bargaining structures to be found anywhere in American industry but we have arrived at settlements which are equitable and which should present a minimum mini-mum of problems to the company com-pany and to its unions. The new contracts contain some of the most liberal benefits to be found in the copper industry. They will remain in effect until mid-1961. mid-1961.
