Viewmont is in at least a playoff for a berth in By DAVE WIGHAM the state tournament while the Lakers will be playing for pride and watching that state meet from the stands With the state basketball tournaments just around the comer I thought that you readers would be interested in the pairings (or the first round in each of the classifications THE GOING into Tuesday nights action, the Vikes werea in sixth place, that means playoff with another region for a state berth If the Vikes won that contest against Sky View on the Viking floor, the Vikes have a shot at finishing higher than sixth If they do place in the top five then they dont have to playoff for a berth they automatically get one Coach TOURNAMENT starts on Monday, March 6 and runs throughout the week with the final game being that following Saturday All the games will be played at the University of Utah.
