Be it ordained by the City Council of Lehi City that ally pernon who shall within tho limits of this city obtain any goods, chattels or other property under false pretenses, or who shall enter into any public house, shop or other place and call for refreshments or other article or thing and receive the same and depart without paving or 1 satisfying the owner thereof, is guilty o an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be liable to a fino in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars or bo imprisoned in the city jail not exceeding exceed-ing one hundred days or to both fine and imprisonment.
