This ordinance shall take effect upon publication and can be obtained at the City Recorder’s Office, Marsac Municipal Building, 445 Marsac Avenue, during regular business hours. Bids received will be opened and read publically via a virtual media site at 3:00 PM local time, on Thursday, October 29, 2020. The Project consists of the demolition of an existing above grade 1MG steel water tank and CMU valve vault and the construction of a 200,000 gallon buried reinforced concrete raw water storage tank, valve and equipment vault, and associated piping and appurtenances at the same location. There is no cost for the documents; however, Prospective Bidders must have appropriate web browser software to access the project management software site. Bid security shall be furnished by a certified or cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price.
