BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MILFORD. UTAH: Section 1. That the Traffic Code adopted by Salt Lake. City as a code in book form entitled, "Salt Lake City Traffic Code, 1954 Edition," is hereby approved and adopted as the Traffic Code of the City of Milford except as hereinafter specified, and by this, reference is made a part of this ordinance to the same extent and effect as though said code were copied in FOR THE PAST 11 YEARS Mr. Tolley ha been employed by the Union Pacific, and his sympathy with and understanding of the LABORING MAN'S NEEDS is well known to his many Milford friends. Tolley Will Work for the Best Interests of All the Residents of Beaver County full: a) All references in said code to "Salt Lake City" or "City" and to any department, agency or agent thereof, shall be deemed to mean City of and its departments, agencies, or agents. (b) All references in said code to "City Commissioner" shall be deemed to mean the City Council of the City , of Mil-for- d Milford. references in said code to "City Traffic Engineer" shall be deemed to mean the Councilman in charge of streets or such other person as he shall designate, with the approval of the City Council. Section 2. Schedules of the Salt Lake City Traffic Code not adopted. The following schedules contained in the Salt Lake City Traffic Code are excluded from and not adopted as a part of the Traffic Code of the City of Milford: (a) AH of the schedules contained therein comprising in Schedules 1 through 14-clusive, except scnecuue ia-a- . The following section is hereby adopted as a part of the Traffic Code of the City of Milford to be known at Section 122 (b) thereof: "No person in charge of any vehicle, or having the control thereof, either as owner or driver, shall knowingly cause or permit such vehicle to remain parked on either side of Main Street in the City of Milford, between 200 South and 600 South Streets, and 400 South from Main Street East to the U. P. property, for a period of more than two hours at any one time between the. hours of eight o'clock A. M. and six o'clock P. M." Section 7. Section 135 enacted. The following section is hereby adopted as a part oi the Traffic Code of the City of Milford to be known as Section 135 thereof: "Using Streets for Storage. It shall be unlawful for any person, either as owner, occupant, agent or employee of any garage, livery stable, wagon shop, blacksmith shop, sales room or other place oi business, to suffer or permit any vehicle whether left for safe keeping, repairs, sale or otherwise, to be or remain upon any street or sidewalk, or to do or permit to be done any repairing of any vehicle while the same stands upon any port of public street or sidewalk, except only emergency repairs "or changing of tlres." Section 8. Section 34 enacted. The following section la hereby adopted as a part of the Traffic Code of the City of Milford, to be known as Section 34 thereof: "Penalty.
