OLD RESIDENT OF PARAGONAH DIES AT ar SALT LAKE CITY mrs airs elizabeth hanks an old pioneer of paragonah Para gonah and tho the mother of our fornier townsman georgo george E V hanks passed away at salt lake city wednesday of last week weak of pneumonia after a few days illness sho she ila had just passed her seventy eighth birthday on oil 1 ard had lived at paragonah Para gonah since the age of fifteen years coming to this country lit in 1864 upon being notified of liar her illness mr air and mrs airs hanks who are now living at portland oregon left immediately for salt lako lake city but arrived shortly after she died they accompanied the body to parowan Pa rowan rowen where viero she ahe was burled buried in the city ceina cemetery tery by the side of liar her husband who preceded liar her forty nine years year ago mr air and mrs airs hanka stopped over in Pan gultch to visit for a fow few days with rol relatives tives and line friends before cretu returning riling to portland friends before returning to portland iloth both look to bo be fit in excellent excelle fit health and happy to bo be with us ua once more and state that they are comfortably located tit in their now new homo home and like it there very much they left for portland thursday morning
