L Galley Dies John Lewis Galley a resident of Vernal Utah died Saturday last at his home following a ten day Illness Mi Mt Galley intimately known by his hla friends here as Uncle Lew had been beena a frequent visitor at the home of Mr and Mrs Mn Joe Street for several years past Mr Galley being an uncle to Mrs Street He Ue was born January 1 1 1874 in lu Midway Mid Mid- way Utah where he lived until 1900 leaving there for tor the Uintah Basin In 1900 lie He was married to Mary Jane Mc Me- Curdy January 25 1900 In Vernal Survivors two sons eons one daughter Leon Iron and Lawrence Galley and Mrs Mra Dillings all of Vernal 17 grandchildren grandchildren grand grand- children three great grandchildren Funeral services were held Wednesday at 1 pm p.m. from the OUr Olire ward chapel In Vernal Vernl Mr and anti Mrs Mn Street with relatives from Salt Suit Lake City and andI Center Creek attended the tile services Burial was in the Vernal City eeme ten tery |
