Show George W. M. Hunter, Life-Long Resident, Dies Of Long Illness Oeorge William H. Hunter, 65, life-long life-long resident of Cedar City, died late Saturday following a lingering illness of causes Incident to age. He had been in poor health for a number num-ber of years and has been entirely bedfast for the past year and a half. Funeral services were held Monday Mon-day afternoon in the Third Ward Chapel with Bishop A. E. What-cott What-cott presiding. Mr. Hunter was born in Cedar City on February 21, 1862, a son of George and Mary Mulr Hunter, pioneer pio-neer residents of Iron county. Until Un-til poor health forced him to retire Mr. Hunter engaged in farming and ranching. In January, 1886, he married Jane Williams of Cedar City in the St. Oeorge LDS temple. He is survived by his widow, Cedar Ce-dar City, and six sons and daught ers. Oeorge M . and Lamont Hunter. Hun-ter. Mrs. M. J. Urle, and Mrs. John Beal.
