Show District, on the 24th day of February, 1956, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M., at its office in Beaver, Utah, a place within said School District, then and there to present in writing, duly verified, such objection as he or she may have to the legality, regularity or validity of said bonds, the issue or sale thereof, or of the indebtedness represented repre-sented thereby. If no such written objections are presented present-ed at the time and place specified speci-fied herein, the Board of Education Edu-cation ol Eeaver County School District shall thereupon so cer-' tify and all persons shall thereafter there-after be forever barred from questioning in any manner or proceeding the legality, regularity regu-larity or validity of such bonds, or of the issue and sale thereof, or of the indebtedness represented repre-sented thereby, and therof, said Board of Education of Beaver County School District may thereupon refund and redeem the said outstanding bonds. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with a resolution adopted by the Board of Education of Beaver County School District, Beaver County, State of Utah, on the First day of February, 1956, the said Board of Education proposes to issue the refunding bonds of said school district in the sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,-000.00), ($8,-000.00), dated March 1, 1956, in the denomination of One Thousand Thous-and Dollars ($1,000.00) each, numbered one (1) to eight (8) both inclusive, bearing interest at three and one-half per cent (3Vi) per annum, interest payable pay-able semiannually on March 1st and September 1st, beginning with September 1st, 1956, all of said bonds to mature and become due and payable on the First day of March, 1964.
