uro of the city for a dress ball on alie eve of birt liday feb 1890 inferred to the committee on buildings buil dinga on fire department de the joint committee on investigation of the plans for a foremans firemans fi remans hall recommended the plans prepared by architect 0 A keport adopted douglas voting nay on streets the comm atee had approved ahe subdivision the report was adopted subject to the approval ol 01 the city attorney west ogden addition was recommended for acceptance by the city engineer and committee adopted with a similar proviso the city engineer reported on the petitions of a number of citizens tor the laying ot a drain in the rear of the buildings ruil dings on the north side of twenty fifth from washington to grant lie stated that it would cost on the petition for a
