Show AUGUST 12, 1986 L, obituary Laura S. Gailey failure. She was born Dec. 20, 1898, in Boutniful, Utah, a daughter of Smedley. She married Marlin Gailey on Nov. 17, 1920, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died May 12, She had lived in Syracuse and Lake City. She was a high school graduate. She was a member of the Syracuse 1st LDS Ward where she had been Primary president, served in the Relief Society Presidency, and had been a teacher in various capa- Salt Also surviving are 40 grandchildren and 93 Services were held Aug. 6 at the Syracuse First Ward Chapel with n. the Bishops Counselor Nolan Schofield officiating. Waite, 69, of 2961 Del Paso Blvd., died Tuesday, July 29, 1986 at the' Kaiser Hospital in Sacramento, Calif, of a massive stroke. He was born June 15, 1917 in Syracuse, Utah, a son of Alvin Barnes and Anna Frew Waite. He married Nora Adams June 10, 1937 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were later divorced. He Calif. He was a member of the LDS Church where he served as a elder. He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Army in the 3300th Service Unit in Pennsyl- -' vania.
