The bride-to-be is a daughter of , George E. and Barbara Rasmussen, Cedar City. She is a 1991 graduate of Cedar High School where she was active in FFA, FHA, German and Graphics clubs. The prospective bridegroom is a son of Linda Patterson, Hcnrieville and Clinton Yates, New London, Ohio. He is a 1991 graduate of Bryce Valley High School where he was active in basketball and completed LDS Seminary. The couple plan to reside in Tropic where both are presently employed.
