Pugh said that the food bank is unique because it can take the skills of each of the volunteers and put them to use. She said that the details havent been finalized, but they will probably be looking for donations of blankets and coats. Another holiday service project at Westminster is the giving tree that will be located in the Shaw Center. Tags on the tree list items that people can purchase and donate to needy families. Money can also be donated at the cashiers window. Tille said that the tree is successful because it allows everyone to participate regardless of income.
