attempted to slow down but the towed unit skidded sideways into the median which caused both vehicles to roll She was seat belted in and sustained no injuries 2 43 pm Michelle Hare Stevens age 36 Fillmore IT was arrested by Deputy Bill Jackson at Bradshaw Auto Parts in Fillmore Stevens was attempting to purchase a firearm hen the business ran the required background check through the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification The check revealed a S5000 warrant for 3 Degree felony illegal possuse of a controlled substance out of Salt Lake City District Court BCI alerted MCSO dispatch and Police Department for theft of serv ices was found and she was booked into the Millard County Jail Family members later posted the bail and she was released 1:56 pm 91 received dispatch conflicting reports of a one car rollover anywhere from mp 153 to mp 143 Southbound on The cell phone callers all said that the single female occupant of the vehicle was trapped in the car which was upside down responded as well as Deputies Rick Carter Rhett Kimball Sgt Jim Masner and the ambulance and 2 fire'rescue units out of Fillmore Mortensen said a 1990 Volvo semi truck driven by Ruel V Degrey age 69 of Reams L'T was pulling triples (3 trailers) Northbound on The driver of the truck said the wind caught the rear trailer of his truck just as he passed under the Flowell Road overpass and pulled the truck off the East side of the road w here the rear two trailers both rolled ov er but remained in tact The truck and first trailer jack knifed but remained up right Degrey refused care when examined by EMT's Cleanup crews worked into the night to upright and remove all the trailers There was no other truck involved although it appeared that way at the scene Mortensen said the accident was caused released When Coleman was asked for his license he said it w as at home Coleman did provide his license number and a check was run on it which showed his license was suspended Coleman was charged into EMJC w ith Class B misd speeding and driv ing on suspension bail was set at $400 4:49 pm Al Benson Dav is age 18 UT a 17 ear old male juvenile from Ogden and Sam Denny Reddye age 18 Ogden UT were all arrested at mp 191 Northbound by Deputy Roger Young Young stopped them for speeding 91 mph and asked the driver for some identification but he had none Young felt something was not right so he pulled them out of the vehicle Reddy e's drivers license check returned denied and showed a warrant out of Ogden Neither of the other subjects had any ID Troopers Gordon Mortensen and Greg Kelsey arrived as backup as Reddye was arrested for the denied license and speeding No one in the car had a valid drivers license so the vehicle was towed until a licensed driver could pick it up Prior to the towing the vehicle an inventory search was done and marijuana along with rolling papers were located in the passenger door The other two occupants were arrested for the drug charges as well Reddye was standing next to a patrol car on the side of the road while the vehicle was searched w hen he proceeded to shake his right leg back and forth Mortensen said it w as an attempt to get rid of a full baggie of marijuana he had hidden in the crotch of his extra baggie pants The baggie and two marijuana cigarettes were loca'ed after they fell out of his pant leg The subjects were transported to jail where Reddye was charged with Class A misd possession of marijuana Class B misd DU1 Drugs driving on suspension speeding and possession of paraphenalia Davb w as charged with Class A misd poss of marijuana and Class B misd poss of paraphenalia Both are awaiting bail hearings in EMJC The 7 year old juvenile was booked into jail at which time deputies found more marijuana in his clothing He w as
