In almost every state there have now been organized committees of leading citizens to sell this economy package to American voters. Perhaps no other section of the Hoover commission report affects so many citizens in every community as the part dealing with veterans. This is one of the first conservancy districts organized for purpose of representing the area in developing reclamation proiects in Utah, according to Josenh W. John son. president, Davis County Water Users association The area includes Davis. Weber and Morgan counties and the drainage area of the Weber rive, in Summit county. The Weber Basin proiect. when fullv developed, will put to beneficial use all the waters of the Weber and Ogden rivers. It wilt supply water for irrigation, industry and municipal uses. Expected to cost about 70 million dollars, the program will include construction of seven reservoirs together with distributing systems, Johnson said.
