Mitchener, whose postoffice address is Stockton, Tooele county, Utah Territory, has made application for a United States Patent for the Boston No. 2 Lode mining claim, situate in Rush Valley Mining Min-ing District. Tooele county, Utah Territory, consisting of 810 linear feet of the lode, and sur- j face ground 200 feet wide, being Lot No. 82, and described in the field notes and plat of the j official survey on file in this office, with mag- netic variation at 17 degrees east, as follows: fol-lows: Commencing at coiner post No. 1 of ! the Boston No. 2 claim, running N 17 degrees E i If 200 feet to post No. 2; thence N 73 degrees W 810 feet to Post No. 3: thence 317 degrees W J 200 feet to Post No. 4; thence S 73 degrees E 810 f feet to Post No. 1 of the exterior boundarv lines of the surface ground of this claim, con- ; taining an area of 3.185 acres, after excluding ; ' therefrom the areas in conflict with Lot 53, the Quandary claim, 0.301 acres, and Lot 54, the " f Katherine claim, 0.233 acres. From Post No. 4 of the Boston No. 2 mining claim, U. S. M. M. No. 3 bears S 45 degrees 16 minutes W 1,435.6 feet distant.
