No event, we think, is Important unless there is wide spread hub bub to tell of its coming. Lord of all the World chose that night to come to us, and no one, except the few shepherds on the hill, and the wise men saw and heard. Yof, the greatest event the world has known came in silence with little previous publicity. The rest of the world was too busy. Too busy to hear the Heavenly music. Too caught up with such mundane things as paying taxes, getting the proper room, seeing that their bellies were full. Too busy to tune into the Inner Silence and hear the Worldshaking Event . Two thousand years ago something happened that changed the world. That event became the Hinge of Time, the turning point between the ancient and modern worlds. Mrs. Santa (LaRue Ham) was there to charm the children as their parents prowled the sidewalk shoppe, and Pauline Smith was one of the many residents of the Living Center who was on hand to sell, tend and answer questions.
