(OTC 1.50, 2.00) has signed an agreement with a private rancher, Brooks Griffin, for the sale of its 4,000 acre ranch in southern Mississippi for SI, 850, 000. AMARILLO, Prochemco president Scott Stanger said the company has received a cash payment of $400,000, with the balance of $1,450,000 due to them in January 1977. Prochemco should realize a gain of about $390,000 before taxes on the sale, he added. Prochemco sold the ranch for the purpose of funds elsewhere, Stanger said, primarily for acquisition of other companies. Prochemco operates custom cattle feed lots in Texas and Nebraska and is a manufacturer and distributor of the Murray & Carver line of cotton For processing equipment. the current fiscal year Stanger expects the company will earn about 50-6- 0 cents a share, or $1 million, on revenues of $40 million.
