Also along on the trip was Mrs. Annie Wood, Larenes mother. Mrs. Wilcox is Larenes only sister and they really had a good time visiting. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin D. They went to Pennsylvania to see Calvins mother and other relatives, and then took her with them to New York to the World's Fair. They also visited in Boston and saw other historical sights in Massachusetts. They stayed almost a week sightseeing to Washington D.C. .before taking Calvins mother back to Pennsylvania and returning home. Joe Peterson has also been to Pennsylvania. He spent a week and a half there on TDY. He also got a chance to visit the World's Fair while he was there. Illnesses Mabel Burton is to a Salt Lake hospital and we hope she will soon be feeling better. A quick and complete recovery is wished tor Arnold Wurston. He had surgery last week, then returned home for a few days to recuperate. He returned to the hospital on Tuesday for further surgery. Gary Benson, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Benson recently has broken his ankle while playing ball. We hope he will soon be able to discard the cast which reaches up to his knee. Douglas Simmons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Simmons was thrilled to go to church for the first time this summer. He suffered a severe eye injury and has spent almost the entire summer in bed. He is able to get around some now and is doing quite well. We hope that he continues to improve and will soon be entirely well, . Clubs The met July 29 at North Park for a social.
