He was born May 15, 1912 in D e s e r e t , Millard County, Utah, to Joshua Parker and Maude E. Bunker Chidester. He married Ora Pearl Gurney Temple. She died Jan. 4, 1992. He was a retired steelworker from Geneva Steel. He was a High Priest in the LDS Church. He is survived by one son and four daughters: Jay (Ted) and wife, Beverly, Chidester; Mrs. Don (Jane) Yates and Mrs. Mike (Louise) Bowman, all of Lehi; Mrs. Clyde (Ann) Turner, Alpine; Mrs. Harold I - (Kathryn) Beratto, Riverton; 24 grandchildren; 43 n. . Sept. 7, 1933 in Lehi. The mar- riage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake IDS Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 21, in the Lehi 10th Ward Chapel, Burial was in the Lehi City Cemetery. James R. Gray James Richard Gray, 89, Lehi, Jan. 20, 1995 at his home of natural causes. He was born Dec. 5, 1905 in Lehi to Winford died Franklin and Eliza Almeda Bolin Gray. He home teacher for the LDS Church. He was also an officer in the Lehi Garden Club. He is survived by two sons and one daughter: Allen Frank Gray, Gentry, Ark.; Kenneth Dean Gray, Salt Lake City; Rhea (Mrs. Thomas) Devey, American Fork; 27 grandchildren; 40 two two sisters: Christie Goodwin, Lehi; Ora Davis, Magna; one sister-in-laElnora Gray, Lehi. n; married Patty Brown July 11, 1928 in Provo. He was born May 18, 1953 in San Francisco, Calif, to Leon L. and Betty C. Dale Ewell. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Jensen Ruby Elizabeth McBride Jensen, age 85, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 1995 at the home ofher daughter in Lehi. one was born Feb. 16, 1909 in Thomas, Bingham Coun- ty, Idaho, to John Henry and Elizabeth Ann Hall McBride. Married Arnold ,i v- - Olen Jensen, Feb. 26, 1941 in Logan, Utah. He died Oct. 13, 1975. She spent her early years in Arco, Idaho, and later graduated from South Cache High School in Hyrum, Utah. Following her marriage she settled in Shelley, Idaho, and in 1951 moved to the Blackfoot Blairsville, Penn. to Grover area until 1975 when she moved to Utah. She worked for 14 years at American Potato Company in Idaho. She was a homemaker and a member of the LDS Church, and she loved flowers and gardening. Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lynn (Karla) Nielsen, Lehi; Mrs. Bruce (Melba) Birchell, Pecos, Texas; 11 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. LaVar (Elva) Hatch, Franklin, Idaho. Friends may call Wednesday eveningfrom 7 to 8 p.m. at the Wing Mortuary, Lehi. Burial will be in the Shelley Cemetery. J. Edwin Eyre J Edwin Eyre, 80, of Orem, died Monday, January 23, 1995 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, Provo, Utah. He was born November 15, 1914 in Minersville, Utah, a son ofJames William and Rosella Murdock Eyre. He married Vaudis Frederickson July 11, 1940 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has been a long time resident of Orem. He was one of the first men hired to work at the Geneva Steel Plant when it opened. He was a welder and worked in the Blast Furnace. He retired after 40 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, the outdoors and gardening. He took great pride in his yard and garden. Survivors include his wife, Rulon F. Harrison and Jannett Finley Cleveland and Essa Ellen Kuhn Garner. n; one sister, Virginia McMains, Utica, Ohio; three brothers, Paul, Carrollton, Ohio; Ted, Canton, Ohio; and Audra Garner, Minerva, Ohio. She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Camp. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 26 at 1 p.m. in the community Presbyterian Church, 75 N. 100 East, American Fork.
