Halloween is a popular holiday in Utah. Nearly all of the states 217,000 elementary school children will become for a few hours, romping their neighborhoods through with little on their minds but the next treat. No one could be more deserving than you. Mr. Romney, affiliated for many years with State Savings and Loan Association, was admitted to the Utah Bar in 1922. He has served as chairman of the Salt Lake County and Utah Republican Committees and has been affiliated with many civic organizations.
