Show NOTICE. "We" have received complaints from some of our subscribers in tbeouter settlements that they do not receive The Union. Tho Union has been entered to pass through the mail as second class matter and no postmaster has any right to do anything with it except to deliver itto the parties to whom it is addressed... If any of our subscribers do not receive The Union regular, we shall feel obliged to them if they will report the same, to this office, and if we can't get mntters adjusted otherwise, other-wise, we will placa the matter in the hands of the P. O. Department at Washington D. 0. We would like our city subscribers subscrib-ers to ask for their' papers as it is impossible for tho postmaster to remember all who take it |
