Phelps, project officer. The contest, which is open to all government drivers at Hill AFB, will name winners to represent this base at the zone finals, winners of which will compete in the Air e f national meet. Competition will be held in five categories, Phelps said. They are: sedan, truck, bus, semi-vaand oil servicer. Both military and civilian driv ers at Hill AFB are eligible to participate in the road-e-Phelps said.
